Shipping Policy
All reoccurring monthly boxes will ship on the 5th of every month. Package should arrive within 5-7 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed that will allow you to track your Presence Jewels goodies once they have shipped.

All Presence Jewels subscription boxes include free shipping, including those that are being gifted!

There is a standard $5.99 shipping fee on all jewelry purchases from the shop.

Where We Ship
For your convenience we ship to the US and Canada.

Refunds
We apologize but we are unable to offer refunds on the Presence Jewels boxes at this time. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your monthly box, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for any returns of the subscription box. However, we are happy to replace any damaged or broken pieces. Simply take a photo of the piece of jewelry in question and email it to us at customersupport@presencejewels.com with your name. A replacement will be sent within 2-4 weeks.

Point System
Points are earned by the following actions:

  • Become a Member: Join our community and earn 250 Points just for signing up!
  •  Shop with us: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
  • Link with us on Social Media: Follow us on Instagram (10 Points). Like us on Facebook (10 Points).
  • Referrals: Share the love with your friends and earn 150 Points for each friend who signs up within 24 hours through your unique referral link.
  • Product Reviews: Leave us a product review and we’ll reward you with 20 Points.

Points are redeemed for discounts on purchases and are available in the following tiers:

  • 500 points = $5 off coupon
  • 1000 points = $10 off coupon
  • 1500 points = $15 off coupon
  • 2000 points = $20 off coupon
